Within the scope of a Makerthon, interdisciplinary student teams face the challenge of finding solution concepts for real industrial problems within 48 h, spread over three days on one weekend. The aim is to identify the root of the problems, developing ideas and concepts and realizing them in the manner of prototypes.
The participants get methodical support by domain experts from the institute and are coached and technically accompanied by experts from the industry partners. During all three days the participants have access to all facilities of the Schumpeter Laboratory for Innovation in order to transform their concepts into physical prototypes.
